How do I do all of that?
Whenever I sit with a client, I always start the session by having both of us set an intention for our time together. Without fail, I always ask God, Creator, Higher Intelligence to help me to get out of my own way meaning, to give up my sense of “self”, my sense of “identity” as someone who has all the answers and instead Awaken + Allow my higher power + purpose to come through. It always works and it’s always better.
